PLAZA MAYOR Shopping Center, in GANDÍA

After its inauguration in 1998, Plaza Mayor Gandía became the first shopping center in the region of La Safor, placing it as a point of reference for leisure in Gandía and its surroundings.

It has 41 commercial premises distributed over three floors and a GLA of 13,500 m2. Located in the best commercial area of Gandía and La Safor, it has excellent access and it is perfectly connected with the neighboring regions, covering a population of over 300,000 people.

Its architectural design, emulating a large square with open spaces and covered by a large dome, soon became its main distinguishing feature. It is a close and familiar shopping center thanks to the combination of local commerce with big market players, such as Mediamarkt or Sprinter, among others. The first floor has large terraces to relax and enjoy of its varied offer of restoration with the whole family.
