- Miguel Eduardo Núñez – Chairman
o Professional with more than thirty years of experience in financing business projects and commercial real estate and in the process of analyzing and mitigating financial risks.
o Has managed portfolios of high corporate and business loans, leading the areas of Corporate Banking and Investment Banking in the main commercial bank of the Dominican Republic
o Experience as Executive Vice President in different areas of Banco Popular Dominicano, such as Credit Administration, Analysis and Formalization of Credits, Risk Management and Investment Banking.
o Experience as President of Inversiones del Grupo Popular and Vice President of Corporate Business and Correspondent Banking of BPD International Bank.
o Experience also as Vice President of Project Evaluation of Vega Group Limited and Manager of Planning in Associated Industries, C. por A.
o Degree in Economics, Concentration in Corporate Finance and Economic Development from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre & Maestra
- Salvador E. Fondeur Mendoza – Chief Executive Officer
o Professional with more than 15 years with experience in finance having developed his professional work in industries of investment management, consulting and banking. Professional specialized in Negotiation, Real Estate, Investment Banking and Market Risk. Member of the Board in regulated and unregulated entities and professor at postgraduate level.
o Experience as founder and Executive Director, providing an integrated approach to managing financial, real estate and private equity assets, as well as managing assets in the United States, Spain and the Dominican Republic.
o Managing Partner of a company, focused on the design, construction and administration of a diversified fund of financial and real estate assets in the US and Europe.
o Member of the Board, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Investment Committee of AFI Popular, S.A., Investment Fund Management Company.
o Experience in the Banco Popular Dominicano as Head of the Credit Risk Division.

- Fernando Olivero Melo – Member of the Board
o Professional with experience as Executive Vice President of Personal Businesses and Branches of the Banco Popular Dominicano, Grupo Financiero where he has been developing different functions for 42 years.
o Experience in the structuring of financing in Corporate Banking and restructuring of financings in restructuring, managing portfolios of high amounts.
o Member of different committees within the Banco Popular Dominicano.
o Member of the Board of Directors of Fiduciaria Popular, S.A.
o He has a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo.
- Wanda Christina Jana de Salazar – Member of the Board
o Businesswoman with more than 20 years of experience in the construction, hotel and educational sectors.
o Shareholder and Administrator of the commercial operations of different companies in the construction and hotel sector.
o Advisor of the Educational District 15-03 of the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic.
o Creator of the “Rolling Libraries Program of the First Lady” in the Dominican Republic.
o In charge of the ESL Program at St. Michael’s School in Santo Domingo and also in charge of the Early Childhood Education Area.
o She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo (UCSD) and obtained a Specialist Degree in the Application of Multiple Intelligences in the Classroom from Harvard University.
